About me.

I built theFlab around a question that has shaped much of my personal, academic, and professional work:

Why do we often know what would help us, and still struggle to live it?

My background is in social sciences, behavioural economics, and systems thinking. During my PhD in Business Economics, I studied how people, communities, and systems change — and why knowledge alone rarely leads to action.

Over time, that question became increasingly practical. I became interested in the connection between the inner world and everyday behaviour: how stress, self-talk, relationships, routines, and the body quietly shape the choices we make.

theFlab was created for that space.

It is a behavioural-change coaching service helping people understand their patterns and build daily structure around food, movement, nervous-system regulation, body relationship, and the way they relate to themselves and others.

I am also a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, with experience in nutrition coaching. My continuing education focuses on mental health first aid, eating-disorder awareness, motivational interviewing, health and wellness coaching, and holosomatic facilitation.

My mission is to help individuals better understand the patterns that influence their daily choices, and to build the structure needed to act with more awareness, consistency, and self-trust.
